FUN FACTS:
International Book Day has been celebrated for over 20 years every April 23rd. In Catalonia, this date also coincides with the Diada de Sant Jordi (Saint George's Day) festival, giving it a very special meaning and a deeply rooted tradition: originally, men would give a rose to women, and they would return the gesture with a book. Nowadays, the gift is exchanged not only between couples, but also between family, friends, and loved ones. Want to know more... CLICK HERE
