WE ANSWER YOUR MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS: These deadlines may be delayed during the peak communion season. It is better to call us to confirm.

• How long does it take? If it is a model from the website, it takes us on average 3-5 days to assemble it; once dried and prepared, it is sent by courier with 24/48 hr service (Peninsula)
• Estimate that from the moment you purchase it, you will have it at home within 4-7 business days (Mon-Fri, not Saturdays)
• Although you buy it through our website, it is always interesting for you to send us a photo of the child or their outfit by email to info@playmogeneration.com or by WhatsApp to 682 730 682 once the purchase is made, in order to customize it with stripes, cord colors, hairstyle style, etc. as much as possible. (not before making the payment, so we can assign that photo to "an order number")
• Before packing it, we send a photo by WhatsApp of the final result for your approval.
• If you select the "Premium Frame" option but do not yet have the photo or we do not receive it in time, we will send your frame with a generic PG communion background so that you can easily replace it later with your chosen photo.
• When it includes a frame, estimate that you will have it at your home in 5-15 business days max, depending on how long it takes you to send us the photo. Please use one with enough resolution to enlarge it to 9x14 (frame photo).
• Keep in mind that once communion season arrives, we have a high volume of work and orders may be delayed to ensure that all children receive their gift on time in relation to the communion date rather than the purchase date (while always maintaining the minimum manufacturing and delivery times we need)
• If you still have doubts or need further clarification, call us.

*And if you wish for us to develop a custom project for you, please CONTACT US BY EMAIL with sufficient advance notice.
