INDICATE: In the purchase notes (the space located below the shipping address) the name and date you want to appear on the box, and if you purchased your personalized communion Playmobil with a PREMIUM FRAME, send the photo (which we will place in the 10x15 frame) by email to info@playmogeneration.com

WE ANSWER YOUR MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS: During the peak communion season, these deadlines may be delayed. It is better to call us to confirm.
- How long does it take? If it is a model from the website, it takes an average of 3-5 days to assemble. Once dried and prepared, it is sent via 24/48-hour courier service (within the Peninsula).
- Calculate that from the time you purchase it, you can have it at home within 4-7 business days (Mon-Fri, not Saturdays).
- Even if you buy it through our website, it is always a good idea to send us an email at info@playmogeneration.com or a WhatsApp message to 682 730 682 with a photo of the child or their dress once the purchase is made, so we can customize braids, cord colors, hairstyle style, etc., as much as possible. (do not do this before making the payment, so we can assign the photo to an "order number")
- Before packaging, we send a photo via WhatsApp of the final result for your approval.
- If you select the "Premium Frame" option but you don't have the photo yet or we do not receive it in time, we will send your frame with a generic PG communion background so you can easily replace it with your chosen photo later.
- When it includes a frame, expect to have it at your home within 5-15 business days max, depending on how long it takes you to send us the photo. Please provide sufficient resolution to enlarge it to 9x14 (frame photo size).
- Please keep in mind that during the communion season we have a high volume of work, and orders may be delayed to ensure that all children receive their gift on time relative to the date of the communion rather than the purchase date (while always maintaining the minimum manufacturing and delivery times we require).
- If you still have questions or need further clarification, call us.
*And if you would like us to develop a custom project for you, please CONTACT US BY EMAIL well in advance.
