WE ANSWER YOUR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: During peak communion season, these deadlines may be delayed. It is best to call us to confirm.
- How long does it take? If it is a model from the website, it takes us an average of 3-5 days to assemble. Once dried and prepared, it is shipped via courier with 24/48-hour service (Mainland Spain)
- Expect to have it at home between 4-7 business days from the time of purchase (Mon-Fri, not Saturdays)
- Even if you purchase through our website, it is always helpful to send us an email at info@playmogeneration.com or a WhatsApp to 682 730 682 with a photo of the child or their outfit once the purchase is made, so we can customize details like braid patterns, cord colors, hairstyle, etc., as much as possible. (Please do not send before payment, so we can assign that photo to an "order number")
- Before packaging, we send a WhatsApp photo of the final result for your approval.
- If you select the "Premium Frame" option but do not have the photo yet or we do not receive it in time, we will send your frame with a generic PG communion background so that you can easily replace it with your chosen photo later.
- When it includes a frame, expect it to arrive at your home in 5-15 business days max, depending on how long it takes you to send us the photo. Please ensure it has enough resolution to be enlarged to 9x14 (frame photo size).
- Please keep in mind that during communion season, we have a high volume of work, and orders may be delayed to ensure all children receive their gift in time for their communion date, rather than the purchase date (while always maintaining the minimum production and delivery times we require).
- If you still have questions or need further clarification, please call us.
